Description: The site comprised three connected warehouses, the central warehouse and various outbuildings were demolished as were the slab and footing of these structures.
The two remaining, previously adjoining warehouses were re-clad to the exposed elevations; comprising of steel frames and preformed insulated cladding sheets to the client’s specification.
The roof of the large warehouse had its skylights replaced, roof made watertight and new box guttering.
New services and drainage were run around the site and the vacant plot was then prepared and tarmac-ed.

Description: Complete refurbishment of the communal areas over three floors. Within the twenty flats; all windows were replaced together with front doors, intercom systems and data upgrades.
Within the common areas all services, lighting, finishes, doors, windows were stripped out and replaced to bring the complex into the 21st century creating a lighter more modern environment.
Externally the whole block was cleaned, redecorated, new entrance doors, lighting, upgraded security system and the roof was recovered.
The grounds were landscaped, gardens fenced and the carpark was resurfaced with new drainage, lighting and bin store.

Description: This historically significant five storey building had been left empty for a number of years and was in a poor state of repair. Azone Projects carried out numerous surveys on the best strategy for partial restoration of the property.
A significant quantity of asbestos had to be cleared before all mechanical, public health and electrical services were renewed. Structural reinforcement was also carried out strengthen the floors throughout.
The whole property was then decorated internally and externally.
Refurbishment of the property including minor reconfigurations, new decorations throughout and mechanical and electrical services.
